It is obvious that it is our people who for the quest for political relevance play politics with Itsekiri rights, previleges and matters that concern our survival as ethnic group. We can agree that it is Itsekiri that allow the Warri South West headquater continue stay at Ogbe Ijoh.
They fall into every leadership gates in Itsekiri, gates that determine the appropriation of funds for ITSEKIRI DEVELOPMENT, gates of every ECONOMIC means in Itsekiri which include the Itsekiri Regional Development Council (IRDC)., and as long as they continue to stay in these gates, they will only end up fund their kinds THROUGH elections into every social and political office to dictate after them while the suppose Itsekiri progressives or good people will keep on lamenting and making quotes year in year out without any real work to change anything.

*An Itsekiri ethnic comference that will bring everybody including the Olu of Warri, leaders irrespective of political parties, groups irrespective of factions, community leaders, women and even children to discuss and agree in terms and on paper what we want as a people regardless of who is King, who is president, governor, Oga.
